Digital Media Job Fair 2011
Digital Media Alliance Florida and Orlando ACM SIGGRAPH Orlando are joining forces to hold a Job Fair for Digital Media Industry Professionals on Saturday, March 5th at the DAVE School in Orlando. Our non-profit organizations are organizing this employment event to help companies with full time, part time and/or freelance digital and interactive media and arts job and project requirements find qualified professionals to fill their current and future hiring needs.
Companies as diverse as Digital Domain Media Group (the parent company of DIgital Domain, an Academy Award®-winning digital production studio focused on visual effects for feature film and advertising production) and IDEAS Orlando (an innovation studio specializing in entertainment, learning and marketing) are participating.
REGISTER FOR THE DIGITAL MEDIA JOB FAIR NOW
- Please prepare 2 minute demo reels set up on your personal laptop for employers to view.
- Employers will give a maximum of 4 minutes on the job fair floor to view and respond to your work.
- If you are a web or graphic designer you can present websites without video streaming. Please bring a backup of all work so that you are not dependent on the location wifi.
- Live Video Streaming – Not Allowed
DMAF is also providing an FTP upload area for your demo reel should employers wish to view it after the job fair.
